Citation was downgraded from a state violation to a city violation after providing video footage proof. However, the fine stayed the same at the maxed amount. Stay away from Doraville. If you google them, they are the worst in the entire state for ticket traps and ticket revenue.
This doraville police is about making money for the city I was driving on 285 and was pulled over by officer patch 1183 and it was immoral that he pulled me over AND My OFFENSE WAS because I didn't yield him but how can I yield him when there was a car next to me and it's highway how can I stop or prevent the car behind me hitting me from behind and it was dark at night and this cop was inside his car and he was behind some big red jeep doing something and there was no one inside the jeep and the jeep was illegal or abandoned vehicle However As he pulled me over he wants me to stop right away regardless of may be endangered the coming traffic and I found out the fine was $675 dollars so I went to court on November the 7th and I paid the fine half of it and loose 3 points on my driver liscence And when I enter the court then I realized the city really need the money because I don't think the court was updated since 1960 where is all the tax dollars goes I WAS GOING YO SEE THE JUDGE TO EXPLAIN but I feel it waste of time as a busy person And I do not even want to face the cop batch #1183 was so hostile toward me when he pulled me over BUT guess what batch #1183 you may get away with it but karma will deal with it And to wait pay for the ticket is longer wait than eternity Very disappointed Will not drive in doraville again just to avoid crooks as cop and I bet that batch #1183 get a great commission out of my fine and by the way the people who works in this court and retards PERIOD no common sense and could careless Stay away from batch #1183 and doraville
